The Labour Festival lands in Genoa

The 16th edition of the Labour Festival, entitled 'Ethical Work and Sustainability. Competence, Dignity and Inclusion in the Age of AI', will take place in the evocative Magazzini del Cotone in Genova's Old Port from 29 to 31 May 2025.

Organised by the National Council of the Order of Labour Consultants and the Studies Foundation, the festival will offer three days dedicated to training and discussion on how to face the changes taking place with responsibility and foresight. Professionals and companies will discuss crucial issues through practical simulations, aptitude tests, personalised consultations and artistic initiatives.

The festival is also an important opportunity for job supply and demand to meet, thanks to the Young People's Space curated by the National Association of Young Employment Consultants. This space will be dedicated to facilitating dialogue between young professionals and companies, promoting career opportunities and professional development.

In an ecosystem increasingly oriented towards innovation and sustainability, the Genova Labour Festival will be a key appointment to discuss the present and future of the world of work, with a focus on new technologies and sustainable practices.
